Thank you for choosing our services. By agreeing to our terms of service, you acknowledge the following
Damages

We are not responsible for any property damage that occurred before our service (ex chipped wood, peeling paint, etc).

We are not responsible for any damages caused by pressurized water

We are not responsible for water entry into a property.
Media

you consent to your property being filmed or photographed during the service for marketing reasons and proof of service.
Payments

Please note that payment is due within 3 days of service, and a $5 late fee will be added per day for any unpaid bills.

All card payments as well as online payments are subject to a $5 service fee.
Gutter Service
-
Please note that our gutter cleaning is environmentally friendly and we relocate all debris back on your property out of sight out of mind. We can haul the debris off for a $25 per bag haul fee.
